About the Role
We’re looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our team!
This is a part-time remote position ideal for someone confident in communication and sales, with a positive, proactive attitude. You’ll provide customer support, follow up on leads, and close sales — all while helping women feel more confident and energized.

Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, WhatsApp, and email in both English and Spanish
- Deliver friendly, solution-focused support and resolve inquiries promptly
- Follow up on warm leads, perform sales calls, and close deals
- Present products persuasively and overcome objections confidently
- Build long-term relationships and promote the Refill & Save Program for repeat purchases
- Support team processes and assist as a backup for weekday service coverage, when needed (e.g., covering another team member’s vacation)
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Previous sales and customer service experience (preferably e-commerce or DTC)
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Reliable internet connection, computer, webcam, and headset
- Positive attitude, motivation, and teamwork skills
- Comfortable working in a quiet, distraction-free environment
Schedule
- Weekends (Fixed): Saturdays & Sundays, 10:30 AM–12:30 PM and 6:00–8:00 PM EST
- Weekdays (Flexible): Three weekdays, 3 hours per day, between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST
Compensation
$350 USD/month base pay + commissions
- 4% commission on monthly sales under $5,000
- 5% commission on monthly sales over $5,000
- $100 bonus for monthly sales exceeding $10,000
