This is a phone-heavy role and requires excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Respond to emails, live chat, and support tickets
- Assist customers with orders, tracking, returns, and replacements
- Resolve issues with patience, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Work closely with operations and management teams
- Maintain a positive customer experience across all communication channels
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Comfortable speaking with U.S. customers daily
- Professional phone presence and communication style
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Quiet work environment/home office setup
- Backup power/internet preferred for reliability
- Ability to work U.S. business hours
