Join Companio as a Customer Experience & AI Specialist and help shape the future of how entrepreneurs interact with our platform.
This is a hybrid role combining customer support, AI optimization, and operational improvement. You will work directly with clients while also helping improve and train our AI-powered support systems to create faster, smarter, and more efficient customer experiences.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Support & Client Experience
- Assist clients through chat, email, and calls in both English and Spanish.
- Help clients understand and use Companio’s services and platform.
- Resolve client issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Identify recurring client problems and proactively suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client operations.
AI & Support Automation
- Help configure, train, and improve Companio’s AI customer support assistant.
- Review AI conversations and identify opportunities to improve response quality and accuracy.
- Create and optimize internal knowledge base content used by the AI system.
- Test AI workflows, automations, and support processes.
- Work closely with operations and management to improve support efficiency through AI and automation.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Comfortable using AI tools and digital platforms on a daily basis.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Curious mindset with interest in technology and automation.
- Experience in customer support, operations, or AI-assisted workflows is a strong plus.
- Ability to identify patterns and suggest process improvements.
- Comfortable working remotely and independently.
Work Setup
Full-Time Remote Position Monday to Friday 10:00 – 18:00 Central European Time (CET)
