This is a fully remote, part-time position.
Please note that candidates will be required to complete training.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally (50 calls per shift).
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using the Pisasso system.
- Check and interpret insurance eligibility results using the Pisasso system.
- Reply to live messages from the patient.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and other callers.
- Rescheduling, moving, and distributing appointments as needed.
- Ensuring that patient profiles are complete with the required information.
- Assisting patients with appointment-related requests, including medication, transportation, and authorizations.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English, Russian, and Spanish, other languages are an advantage
- Previous experience in the medical field in a USA company
- Excellent telephone communication skills
- High level of customer service expertise
- Successfully handling tough and high-maintenance customers
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Working hours
- The working hours are from 1pm - 5pm (till end of July) after 9am-1pm New York time, Monday through Friday.
Compensation:
- This role provides a competitive monthly salary, including compensation during the training time. We are offering a rate of $4 per hour during training, and the after-rate will be 7$ per hour.
