This is a phone-heavy role and requires excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Respond to emails, live chat, and support tickets
Assist customers with orders, tracking, returns, and replacements
Resolve issues with patience, professionalism, and attention to detail
Work closely with operations and management teams
Maintain a positive customer experience across all communication channels

Requirements:

Excellent spoken and written English
Comfortable speaking with U.S. customers daily
Professional phone presence and communication style
Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Quiet work environment/home office setup
Backup power/internet preferred for reliability
Ability to work U.S. business hours
