Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to support and provide leverage at Santa Barbara Financial department. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative experience ideally within financial or corporate services, managing complex and ever shifting calendars across time zones and managing expenses.
Key Responsibilities:
Provides administrative support in a complex team environment to a senior group or executive.
Supports internal and external managers or clients while responding and following up to client requests.
Responsible for Special projects and reports as assigned
Maintain confidentiality of all company and personnel matters
Maintain Executive office in order and supplies stocked
Provide general administrative support and perform additional duties or projects as assigned.
Pay: $24.66 - $29.69 per hour
