Newly established auction house seeking remote Executive Assistant & Logistics Manager. Immediate start. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual seeking work in the cultural sector, with the potential to grow with the role.
KEY INFORMATION
- Freelance/Independent Contractor, part-time, 3-days per week to start
- $24.04 per hour
- Fully Remote
- Occasional travel may be required, specifically to New York.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be providing assistance to the founder in all aspects of daily operations and are responsible for keeping them accountable to their workload and schedule. Responsibilities include and are not limited to:
- Managing two inboxes
- Client services
- Registering and vetting bidders
- Sending seller contracts
- Valuations, specifically preparation of Google & Excel sheets, digital image management
- Shipping logistics
- Website management, including the upload and monitoring of sales
- Overseeing third-party contractors
ABOUT YOU
You are a self-motivated and highly-organized individual who enjoys being in charge. You take pride in your work and have a meticulous eye for detail and excel at project management.
- Must be extremely organized and methodical
- Tech savvy and fluent in Outlook, Google Sheets and Excel
- Previous experience in auction administration and Bidsquare advantageous (but not essential)
- Your schedule must allow for flexibility and possible increased working days, specifically during an auction week.
