Position: Part-Time Virtual Administrative Assistant

Role Overview:
The Administrative Assistant will support daily operations of our virtual practice. Responsibilities include scheduling, client communication, managing forms, and ensuring smooth administrative flow while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage scheduling via SimplePractice (our EHR system).
Respond to client inquiries via email (Gmail) and phone (Google Voice) with professionalism and warmth.
Send intake forms and reminders, track completion, and update records.
Ensure confidentiality and HIPAA compliance in all communications and data handling.
Assist with basic billing coordination (if applicable).
Qualifications:
Experience in administrative support or client services (experience in healthcare or mental health is a plus).
Familiarity with scheduling tools or EHR systems (training provided on SimplePractice if needed).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Compensation:
Hourly pay is based on experience and regional averages for virtual administrative roles.
