Part-Time Online Secretary – Real Estate & Construction Company
We are a growing real estate and construction company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Online Secretary to assist with daily administrative and operational tasks. This is a remote position with flexible scheduling, ideal for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a support role.
Responsibilities Include:
- Reviewing, organizing, and responding to emails as needed
- Performing follow-ups with vendors, tenants, contractors, and agencies
- Making and documenting phone calls
- Completing basic financial and amount calculations
- Tracking tasks and deadlines
- Preparing summaries or reports based on work completed
- Assisting with scheduling and coordination
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
A task list will be provided daily with clear instructions.
Work Structure
- Remote position
- Part-time, flexible hours
- Most days will require a live video conference session to mimic an office-style workflow
- Real-time updates may be requested during active task periods
