Position summary
This remote administrative role supports academic operations, reporting, and general staff support for an online university. You will manage course updates, maintain records and databases, assist with reporting and compliance work, and help keep internal processes organized and accurate.
What you’ll do
- Manage course updates in the learning management system each term.
- Compile student and faculty feedback and help track follow-up action items.
- Keep course, program, faculty, website, catalog, and student information up to date.
- Support faculty administration, including scheduling, surveys, reporting, and related coordination.
- Interview graduates for continuous improvement and success-story development.
- Help compile reports for accreditation, compliance, and organizational reporting needs.
- Support annual surveys, advisory council meetings, and KPI tracking.
- Provide administrative support with records, reports, databases, newsletters, and communications.
- Support financial and HR-related administrative tasks as needed.
- Answer student calls when needed and provide general administrative support.
- Attend regular staff meetings, supervision meetings, and an annual in-person staff gathering.
- Participate in and lead staff chapel and prayer on Zoom.
What you’ll need
- Bachelor’s degree or at least 1 year of previous administrative experience in a Christian nonprofit organization.
- Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail.
- Strong technical ability, including Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Windows.
- U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident status with valid work authorization.
- Commitment to the organization’s Christian mission, vision, and values.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience editing in a learning management system.
- Strong spreadsheet skills, including complex PivotTables.
- Experience building reports with complex boolean logic.
- Ability to compile, simplify, and analyze complex data.
