About the Role
Are you a detail-oriented professional who loves keeping projects on track? Brix Home Buyers is looking for a proactive Administrative Assistant / Transaction Coordinator to join our growing team.
In this role, you will own the full lifecycle of our real estate transactions. From the moment a contract is signed until the keys are handed over, you’ll ensure every deal moves quickly, accurately, and with crystal-clear communication. You are the "glue" that holds our deals together, ensuring deadlines are met and documentation is flawless.
What You’ll Do
- Transaction Management: Lead deals from contract signing to successful closing.
- Deadline Tracking: Monitor critical contingencies (inspections, financing, appraisals) to keep all parties on schedule.
- Proactive Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for agents, title companies, lenders, and clients.
- Data & Documentation: Upload, organize, and audit documents in our CRM; log outbound calls and status updates daily.
- Compliance: Ensure every file meets company checklists and closing procedures.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve title issues, liens, or documentation gaps before they cause delays.
About You
- Experienced: 2+ years in transaction coordination, real estate administration, or title/settlement support (preferred).
- Hyper-Organized: You have a "checklist" mindset and a high attention to detail.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail). Experience with CRMs (Follow Up Boss, Podio, Salesforce) is a major plus.
- Self-Starter: You are comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Reliable: You can commit to US Eastern Time business hours (Monday–Friday).
