We’re seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual (English/Spanish) Intake Administrator to manage new client intakes from first contact through insurance verification, scheduling, and onboarding for an ABA company. This role answers inbound calls, texts, and emails; communicates clearly with Spanish- and English-speaking families; collects and organizes required demographic, clinical, and insurance information; verifies eligibility and benefits; explains next steps and timelines; coordinates waitlist and appointment scheduling; requests and maintains intake documents; and keeps our CRM/EHR and tracking logs accurate and up to date.
The ideal candidate is warm, calm, and professional on the phone, highly organized, comfortable handling sensitive information, and able to follow processes precisely while collaborating with families, clinicians, billing, authorization, and operations. Prior healthcare intake or insurance verification experience is preferred; fluency in Spanish and strong administrative follow-through are required.
