About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our U.S.-based insurance operations. This role is critical in delivering a high-quality client experience by assisting with policy servicing, client communication, and administrative coordination.
You will work remotely as part of a fast-paced, client-focused team, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining exceptional service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound client communications (phone, email, SMS) in a professional and timely manner
- Assist clients with policy-related inquiries, billing questions, and general support
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and updates accurately
- Coordinate with insurance carriers to obtain information, submit requests, and follow up on outstanding items
- Support new policy onboarding and documentation collection
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM and internal systems
- Assist with claims follow-up and provide basic guidance to clients
- Manage administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and record requests
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through clear communication and proactive follow-up
Qualifications
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) – required
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or administrative support (insurance experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working with technology (CRM systems, email, spreadsheets, etc.)
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional work environment

Work Schedule
