Role Overview:
You will provide voice and email support to customers of a global platform. This is a full-time remote contractor opportunity with stable scheduling.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound customer calls
- Respond to email inquiries
- Document cases accurately
- Maintain service quality standards
- Collaborate with internal teams when needed
Qualifications:
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) – required
- Spanish fluency – required
- Bilingual English/Spanish – preferred
- 1+ year customer support experience
- BPO experience is a plus
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Reliable home office setup
