5C Virtual Assistance is looking for 2 experienced Customer Service Virtual Assistants to support a trucking company based in Florida.
This role will handle after-hours support, with a fixed 12-hour shift per day.
Schedule: 12 hours per day (7PM to 7AM - EST)
Rate: COP 26125.38 per hour / $7 dollars per hour
Responsibilities:
- Track freight and shipment updates
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery status and concerns
- Coordinate with truck drivers for updates and issue resolution
- Provide timely and professional customer support
- Maintain accurate records of communication and freight updates
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience as bilingual (Spanish and English) customer support
- Experience in logistics, trucking, dispatch, or freight tracking is REQUIRED
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Spanish
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Comfortable speaking with customers and truck drivers
Schedule & Rate:
- After-hours support schedule
- 12 hours fixed per day
- 7PM to 7AM - EST
We need 2 VAs:
- 1 VA will work 3 days per week
- 1 VA will work 4 days per week
