We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will assist customers in both English and Spanish, handle inquiries professionally, and provide excellent support across phone, email, and chat channels.

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally
- Assist customers in both English and Spanish
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer concerns and provide accurate information
- Document customer interactions and update records properly
- Follow company processes and maintain service quality standards
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet productivity and performance expectations
Requirements
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable handling a high volume of customer interactions
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
- Basic computer and multitasking skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with US-based customers
- Call center or remote support experience
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools
- Experience with PestPac, FieldRoutes, or similar platforms is a plus
