Position Overview
We are looking for bilingual English and Spanish customer support representatives to assist clients through intake, communication, document collection, and general support processes.
This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, empathy, organization, and the ability to remain calm while assisting people dealing with healthcare and insurance-related issues.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in English and Spanish through phone, email, and chat
- Help collect and organize client documents and information
- Guide customers through intake and onboarding processes
- Maintain accurate internal notes and records
- Escalate sensitive or urgent situations appropriately
- Follow internal procedures and privacy standards
- Provide professional and empathetic customer support
Requirements
- Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Comfortable working remotely
- Stable internet connection and quiet work environment
- Professional attitude and reliability
- Basic computer and administrative skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare, insurance, intake, or medical office experience
- Experience handling sensitive customer situations
