Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Assistant to support SAI’s Vice President of Operations. In this role, you will contribute to the smooth functioning of our organization across a range of operational areas, including administrative support, data management, meeting coordination, staff onboarding, and marketing assistance. This position offers a meaningful opportunity to deepen your technical and organizational skills while contributing to the success of a mission-driven international education organization.
Duties and Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Vice President of Operations
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing operational projects and initiatives
- Prepare reports, summaries, presentations, and other materials as requested
- Coordinate and support meetings, including quarterly all-staff meetings and annual in-person staff gatherings
Data Management & Analysis
- Manage and synthesize various forms of data and program evaluations
- Create charts, identify trends, and present findings clearly to colleagues
Human Resources & Staff Onboarding
- Create and manage workflows for staff onboarding and preparation
- Work within Zoho People to manage and track personnel tasks
Process Improvement & Special Projects
- Assist with identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency
- Support process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate in special projects and operational initiatives as assigned
Website & Marketing Support
- Conduct research, collect materials, and produce content for SAI marketing materials
- Assist with running and monitoring online advertising campaigns
- Support SAI website management and maintain SAI’s presence across relevant platforms
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with data analysis, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Strong written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Genuine interest in international education and study abroad
- Ability to work independently
Preferred
- Experience with online advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads)
- Familiarity with Zoho People or similar HR/operations software
- Experience with Wordpress

- Office hours: M - Th 8:30am - 5:00pm & Friday 8:30am - 3:00pm.
- The position is fully remote, and requires candidate to have a dedicated workspace
- Salary range: $45,000 - $50,000 per year
