Office Administrator (Remote / Work From Home)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT
Pay: $13–$15 per hour (based on experience)
Four Peaks Roofing is looking for a reliable, organized, and energetic Office Administrator to join our growing team. This is a remote work-from-home position, but applicants must be able to stay connected with the team throughout the workday and maintain a professional work environment.
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, quick to learn, and comfortable working with technology. This role serves as an important point of contact for customers and internal team members, so having a positive and professional phone presence is essential.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers
- Schedule and book appointments for our field team
- Follow up with customers regarding inspections, estimates, and jobs
- Update and maintain customer records within our CRM system
- Assist with scheduling and coordination of jobs and appointments
- Create reports and assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Communicate with office staff and field representatives throughout the day
- Maintain accurate and organized records
Work Environment & Requirements
- This is a remote / work-from-home position
- Must have:
- Reliable high-speed internet
- A computer capable of running multiple programs
- A smartphone
- Must be live on Zoom during the workday to communicate with the office team as needed
- Must be able to focus fully on work during working hours without distractions

- Hours may be adjusted slightly after training is completed
