Work From Home: Customer Service Representative / Office Assistant (Seasonal)

Ozarks Outdoor Solutions is looking for a work-from-home Customer Service Representative / Office Assistant to support our lawn care and landscaping team. This is an hourly position with typical availability needed Monday–Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm.
As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you’ll help keep our days running smoothly—answering calls and emails, submitting quotes, coordinating services, and making sure customers feel taken care of from start to finish.
What You’ll Do
- Provide friendly, professional support by phone and email
- Take customer requests, answer questions, and help resolve concerns
- Schedule appointments, qualify leads, and coordinate service work
- Process and update service schedules and customer information
- Use cloud-based tools (word processing, spreadsheets, and business software)
- Track and Update Notes within the client profile
- Take ownership of tasks and follow through until they’re complete
- Escalate unresolved issues to ownership when needed
- Jump in where needed to support the team and keep things moving

Equipment You'll Need
- laptop or desktop - our platform is accessible with a mobile device, but it doesn't format well, and some of the features are glitchy
- cellphone - you'll make and receive several calls a day though our VOIP account

Pay: $16.00 per hour
