Office Administrator (Remote / Work From Home)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT
Pay: $13–$15 per hour (based on experience)

Four Peaks Roofing is looking for a reliable, organized, and energetic Office Administrator to join our growing team. This is a remote work-from-home position, but applicants must be able to stay connected with the team throughout the workday and maintain a professional work environment.

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, quick to learn, and comfortable working with technology. This role serves as an important point of contact for customers and internal team members, so having a positive and professional phone presence is essential.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers
Schedule and book appointments for our field team
Follow up with customers regarding inspections, estimates, and jobs
Update and maintain customer records within our CRM system
Assist with scheduling and coordination of jobs and appointments
Create reports and assist with administrative tasks as needed
Communicate with office staff and field representatives throughout the day
Maintain accurate and organized records

Work Environment & Requirements

This is a remote / work-from-home position
Must have:
Reliable high-speed internet
A computer capable of running multiple programs
A smartphone
Must be live on Zoom during the workday to communicate with the office team as needed
Must be able to focus fully on work during working hours without distractions
