We’re hiring an Executive Assistant to work directly alongside the franchise owner during the build-out, opening, and scaling phases. If you want a front-row seat to how a global brand gets launched — not just another admin desk job — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
- Manage the executive’s calendar, travel, and daily priorities.
- Take detailed meeting notes in Spanish and deliver polished English translations (AI tools welcome).
- Draft emails, vendor correspondence, and briefing documents.
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, Otter, etc.) to move faster and stay sharp.
- Coordinate travel and logistics for site visits, openings, and meetings across Medellín, Bogotá, and beyond.
- Handle personal arrangements for the executive as needed (appointments, reservations, errands, household coordination, etc.) — discretion is essential.
- Anticipate problems and solve them before they reach the executive’s desk.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 3+ years as an Executive Assistant to a senior or C-level executive.
- Native/fluent Spanish + advanced English (written and spoken).
- Strong working knowledge of AI productivity tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization.
- Strong strategic planning and time-management ability.
- Comfort handling both professional and personal matters with full confidentiality.
- Ability to travel within Colombia freely.
- Reliable internet and professional remote setup.
Big plus (not required): Korean language proficiency — you’d work directly with our Korean brand partners.
