Executive Virtual Assistant to Dr. Aakash Rana (Remote, LATAM Preferred)
High level remote role working directly with a dentist, entrepreneur, and content creator building a premium dental brand and personal media presence in Miami. This is not a basic assistant role. You will act as a right hand across business, lifestyle, and content, helping bring structure, clarity, and execution to a fast moving environment.
You will manage scheduling, organize priorities, handle communication, and keep daily operations running smoothly across both the dental practice and personal brand. You will help build systems, improve organization, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
You will also play a key role in content and brand execution. This includes helping run a YouTube channel, coordinating Instagram and TikTok content, organizing shoots, communicating with editors, and maintaining a consistent visual and storytelling standard. A strong aesthetic eye and understanding of modern, clean, high end branding is essential.
You will coordinate with team members including editors, dental assistants, and staff to keep projects moving efficiently. You should be comfortable taking ownership, thinking ahead, and solving problems without constant direction.
Ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and detail oriented with strong English communication skills. Background in social media, marketing, or content creation is preferred. Must have an eye for design, understand what looks good visually, and be aligned with a modern luxury aesthetic.
