We are a U.S.-based healthcare company seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Appointment Setter to join our remote team. This role focuses on contacting prospective patients, scheduling consultations, and ensuring a positive first impression.
This is a non-sales role focused on communication, organization, and patient experience.
PAY- US $5 to $7 an hour
Key Responsibilities
- Call and text prospective patients from our CRM system
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Follow up with patients who missed or need to reschedule
- Maintain accurate notes and updates in the system
- Provide a friendly, professional, and reassuring experience for patients
Requirements
- Fluent Spanish and strong conversational English
- Clear, neutral English accent (easy for U.S. patients to understand)
- Prior call center, customer service, or appointment setting experience with U.S.-based customers or patients (REQUIRED)
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following scripts
- Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented
Compensation
- $5–$7 USD per hour (based on experience)
