We're looking for a driven SDR who enjoys talking to people, booking meetings, and creating opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Call leads provided by our team
- Send LinkedIn messages, emails, and follow-ups
- Qualify prospects through brief discovery conversations
- Schedule meetings with decision-makers
- Update activities and pipeline in Trello
- Maintain consistent outreach and follow-up

Requirements
- Fluent English and Spanish
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Organized and able to track activities
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Previous SDR, sales, customer service, or appointment-setting experience is a plus
Compensation
This is a commission-based position.
- No base salary
- Commission starts at $700+ USD per closed client
- Unlimited earning potential based on performance
Schedule
- Up to 10 hours per week
- Flexible working hours
- Fully remote

You enjoy speaking with people, are comfortable on the phone, and are motivated by performance-based compensation. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop sales skills while working with modern AI and digital sales tools.
