Salary: USD $800-$1,050USD (monthly)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Managing maintenance requests for 300+ properties via phone, text, email, and ERP portal.
- Diagnosing and triaging work orders to vendors or in-house teams.
- Scheduling maintenance with contractors (electrician, plumber, handyman, roofer) and coordinating tenant visits.
- Recording and auditing contractor invoices, ensuring accurate financial records.
- Informing clients of repair completion, including photos and tenant feedback.
- Centralizing maintenance calls and training tenants on effective issue reporting.
- Implementing contractor scheduling on designated days for cost-effectiveness.
Skills
