Salary: $1,100 - $1,200 USD (monthly)
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming leads from forms, calls, texts, and Google, and schedule estimate appointments.
- Ask potential clients a set of pre-estimate questions to qualify and prepare each appointment.
- Follow up with clients by phone after estimates are sent to answer questions and move projects forward.
- Manage and nurture the CRM, ensuring accurate data, timely follow-ups, and organized workflows.
- Lead client onboarding and coordinate intake of project material selections (tile, paint color, vanity style).
- Support general administrative tasks to keep daily operations running smoothly.
- Use problem-solving skills and sales intuition to convert inquiries into booked appointments.
Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (9.5+ proficiency).
- Comfortable managing both inbound and outbound call volume.
- Experience with CRM platforms (Contractor Foreman or similar PM tool a plus).
- Proficient with Google Workspace and VoIP phone systems.
- Confident, articulate, and comfortable engaging with clients over the phone.
- Demonstrated common sense, strong problem-solving skills, and solid sales/business intuition.
- Highly organized, dependable, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Professional, positive demeanor with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field (preferred).
- 2–3 years of experience in a customer success/service role; admin and outbound call experience preferred.
- Strong English communication, written and spoken.
- High-speed wired internet (200 Mbps minimum).
- Windows 10/11 or Mac, minimum 8GB RAM, i5 or equivalent.
Setting: 100%Remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (1-hour lunch break)
