PROPERTY OWNER INVESTIGATOR & OUTREACH SPECIALIST
Remote | U.S. Real Estate | Long Term Growth Opportunity

This role provides the opportunity to participate in the off market real estate process — from locating and connecting with property owners to helping move opportunities toward signed agreements and closed transactions.
We are looking for a highly persistent, resourceful, and relationship-driven person to help uncover off market real estate opportunities in active U.S. markets.
This is NOT a basic virtual assistant role.
This is a high level investigative outreach and relationship-building position involving:
- locating difficult-to-reach property owners
- identifying true decision makers
- researching ownership situations
- building trust and rapport
- uncovering opportunities most people give up on
You will work directly with an experienced California real estate investor and broker with 20+ years of experience in:
- farmland and agricultural real estate
- creative deal structuring
THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT
We target off market property opportunities before competitors even know they exist.
Tracking down the right decision maker is often the key to the entire opportunity.
This role requires:
We are looking for someone who takes pride in figuring things out, building relationships, and helping drive opportunities forward.
This is NOT:
- simple appointment setting
- waiting for inbound leads
- low effort data entry work
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Researching property ownership and related contacts
- Locating difficult-to-reach property owners
- Identifying true decision makers
- Calling, texting, and following up with leads
- Building trust and rapport with property owners
- Gathering information about seller situations
- Tracking conversations and documenting lead intelligence
- Helping uncover and create off market opportunities
- Assisting with acquisitions and transaction processes over time
- Working directly alongside ownership on real deals and transactions

COMPENSATION
Base pay to start plus performance bonuses tied to results and closed deals.
For the right high performer, this role has substantial long term income potential with the opportunity to transition into a much higher commission-based compensation structure over time.
Six figure plus income potential with no ceiling for the right person.
