Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our clients with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
English and Spanish Speaking is essential requirement of the job.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage emails, calendars, and schedules for team members.
● Organize and maintain digital files and documents.
● Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.
● Assist with project management and coordination of tasks.
● Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
● Handle customer inquiries on phone and provide support via phone, email or chat. Able to communicate with customers in Spanish and English both.
● Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
● Assist in basic social media management and content creation.
● Support with onboarding and training of new staff members.
Qualifications
● Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills - English and Spanish
● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
● Basic knowledge of bookkeeping principles is preferred.
● Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace.
Hiring Requirements
● High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
● Minimum of 2 years of experience in an virtual /remote assistant role.
● Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Availability to work during specified hours - various USA time zones
● Respond promptly to communications.
