Your Role as an Acquisitions Manager
You will speak directly with motivated U.S. homeowners who have already requested to sell.
Your responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound calls from U.S. sellers
- Collecting property details and qualifying motivation
- Building rapport and negotiating purchase terms
- Following up with warm leads in the system
- Managing deals from first conversation to signed contract
Every call is inbound. Your focus is on converting real opportunities into signed contracts.
