Your Role as an Acquisitions Manager

You will speak directly with motivated U.S. homeowners who have already requested to sell.

Your responsibilities include:

Handling inbound calls from U.S. sellers
Collecting property details and qualifying motivation
Building rapport and negotiating purchase terms
Following up with warm leads in the system
Managing deals from first conversation to signed contract

Every call is inbound. Your focus is on converting real opportunities into signed contracts.
