Key Responsibilities:
Inbound Sales:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential candidates and clients
- Present the company’s recruiting services and available job opportunities
- Qualify leads and schedule follow-up calls or meetings
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets
Administrative Support:
- Manage and update sales databases and CRM systems
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for the sales team
- Handle incoming calls and emails from clients and candidates
Data Management & Reporting:
- Gather and analyze data to support sales strategies
- Maintain accurate client and candidate records
- Track key performance metrics
- Conduct research to support business development efforts
Customer Service:
- Deliver excellent service to both clients and candidates
- Respond to inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently
- Build strong, long-term relationships
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
- Previous experience in sales, recruiting, or customer service preferred
Requirements
- Reside in Mexico.
- The whole hiring process must be held from the computer you will be applying from.
- Laptop or desktop computer you'd use to work, ensuring that it has a working camera.
- Your device must have at least 8GB of RAM and run on an Intel 8th-gen Core or newer or AMD Ryzen 2000 series Processor or higher.
- Additionally, it should be operating on Windows 11 or higher, or MacOS 13 or higher.
- You must have an internet connection of at least 20 MB download and 5 MB upload.
- You must have an enabled antivirus on your computer.
