GHP Buys Houses is a premier Real Estate Investment Firm in St. Louis, MO, and we're recruiting for someone to join our team as a Real Estate Follow-up Specialist/Closer-HYBRID!
This individual will be following up with sellers, who have expressed interest in selling their homes. This role is central to our Acquisitions business as our team grows. Be Prepared to Learn a TON in the real estate investing world!
Please note: This position is a Follow-Up Specialist/Closer-HYBRID position. Any candidate who meets the expectations for thee hybrid position will be considered for promotion to a Closer position, and this will present HIGHER income potential!
- One year of customer service or sales experience in the US*
- C1 or C2 English Required*

All Leads are provided by us; you're just going to reach out to the seller and do what you do best!
Compensation:
$20,000 - $40,000
Base + Commission = $1,213 per month base... PLUS commission PLUS Bonuses!!
$7/hr.. bump to $8/hr after 3 months
Responsibilities:
- Respond to all leads
- Make calls to develop new leads
- Must be able to manage leads and follow up with prospects
- Negotiate and Contract Leads for the Company
- Must be driven and have the mindset to want more financially
- Must use the CRM Daily to update and stay on task until deals are closed
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails with homeowners to provide information and gather necessary details.
- Nurture relationships with potential sellers and guide them through the property acquisition process.
- Collaborate with the acquisitions team to ensure smooth and timely communication with clients.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely
manner.
- Assist in coordinating and scheduling appointments for property assessments and inspections.

- Communication abilities (both oral and written)
- Extremely strong phone skills; ability to pre-qualify Leads/Sellers over the phone
- Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
- Be a team player who thrives, working with a tight knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line
Technical Requirements / Qualifications:
- C1 or C2 English
- Must be using a wired headset
- Computer withIntel i5 processor or higher (Generation 10 or above preferred)

- Must be using a wired LAN connection (not Wi-Fi) for stable and reliable internet performance
Company Hours:
All times are CST :
M: 2 PM – 8PM
TU: 9AM – 6PM
W: 9AM – 8PM (Break 1PM – 3PM)
TH: 9AM – 8PM (Break 1PM – 3PM)
F: 9AM – 5PM
and the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month 9AM – 1PM, and whenever the company is in need of assistance
