Compensation/Base Salary: up to $240,000 (DOE)+ Excellent Commission / Bonus
OTE: Circa $400,000 - $480,000
This is a serious scale-up opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales Operations Manager, or Commercial sales leader who has operated in the medical, pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare technology,
OR product-led SaaS space.
The company is growing quickly across the US and is looking for strong sales leadership on both the (2 roles) East Coast and West Coast. You’ll be joining a forward-thinking medical technology business that operates a bit like a “Compare the Market” style platform for the medical sector — combining marketplace technology, direct product sales, and practical sourcing support for medical professionals and engineers.
It’s a smart, useful, problem-solving business with a strong platform model, real commercial momentum, and plenty of room to build partnerships, grow sales capability, and shape the next phase of expansion.
The Role
This is a high-impact sales leadership role, reporting into the US Sales Director.
You’ll inherit a small team of Account Executives, currently around 3-4 people, with plans to grow the team to around 8 . The focus is simple: mentor, develop, build, and drive performance and be visible. Attending Sales meetings every week!
What You’ll Be Doing
Sell, Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
Drive team revenue performance and create a culture of accountability
Run pipeline reviews, deal strategy sessions, and accurate forecasting
Help build and refine scalable sales processes and best practices
Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to support growth
Recruit, develop, and retain strong sales talent as the team expands
Play a key role in scaling sales capability across major US regions
What We’re Looking For?
Proven experience in a Hands on Senior Sales Manager role or similar sales leadership role within a high-growth tech, SaaS, AI, or software-led business
Strong track record of leading teams that hit and exceed target
Ability to coach different sales styles, from mid-market to enterprise
Strong commercial instincts, forecasting discipline, and pipeline management
A builder’s mindset — someone who can improve, scale, and lead
Confident operating in a fast-moving, growth-focused environment
Driven, credible, and ambitious with the presence to lead from the front
