Position Overview
We are seeking organized and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Sports Travel & Event Coordinator. This role focuses on assisting clients with coordinating travel arrangements and event-related logistics for sporting events, tournaments, and group experiences.
This is an entry-level opportunity within the travel and events space. Structured onboarding and ongoing training are provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with coordinating travel arrangements for sporting events, including hotels, transportation, and packages
- Support event-related planning, including scheduling and itinerary coordination
- Communicate with clients regarding travel details, timelines, and event information
- Review reservations for accuracy, including dates, locations, and traveler details
- Maintain organized records of bookings and client communications
- Provide follow-up support before and after travel or events
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Clear written and verbal communication abilities
- Comfortable using online systems and digital tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote or structured environment
- Customer service, hospitality, or event coordination experience is helpful but not required
