The Opportunity
We're hiring a Head of Marketing to lead growth at our prediction markets platform. You'll own user acquisition, activation, and retention, and you'll be responsible for building the marketing function that scales our user base. This is a consumer-facing leadership role focused on positioning JuiceX as a trusted platform for event-driven markets and prediction contracts.
Professional Experience
- Experience developing go-to-market strategies for complex or regulated products, is preferred.
- Experience translating technical or market-based products into accessible consumer messaging.
- Demonstrated success scaling a consumer-facing financial, marketplace, or analytics-driven platform from early-stage growth through measurable user acquisition and retention.
- Strong communicator who can work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8–10+ years of marketing experience with significant consumer-facing exposure.
- Strong understanding of consumer growth, lifecycle marketing, and product positioning.
- Leadership experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement.
- Experience marketing trading platforms, fintech products, investing apps, marketplaces, or financial products is preferred.
- Experience operating within regulated or compliance-sensitive environments is preferred.
Position Responsibilities
- Build lifecycle programs encouraging repeat participation through data, analytics, and insight.
- Support efforts to develop CRM and in-app communication strategies.
- Track user behavior to improve long-term engagement and customer sophistication.
- Design and execute multi-channel acquisition strategies targeting market-oriented and analytically engaged users.
- Build brand trust through disciplined, transparent communication.
- Manage external agencies and performance partners.
- Lead go-to-market planning for new products, features, and market launches.
- Establish KPIs aligned with acquisition, activation, retention, and brand trust.
