We’re looking for a highly organized, relationship-driven Marketing Coordinator to support and scale our influencer program in a Part-Time capacity.
About the Role
This role is ideal for someone early in their career (1–2 years experience) who is passionate about influencer marketing, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and loves building relationships.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Brand Partnerships to manage day-to-day influencer communications, coordinate content and campaigns, and support initiatives across platforms like ShopMy, LTK, and Shopify Collabs.
Influencer & Creator Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a high volume of influencers and creators
- Manage day-to-day communication including outreach, follow-ups, and ongoing engagement
- Support gifting initiatives, ensuring smooth execution from outreach to delivery
- Work across our community to increase engagement during Holidays and sales periods.
- Identify and recruit new creators aligned with the Lalo brand
Content Coordination & Creative Direction
- Help develop and write content briefs for influencer campaigns
- Provide clear creative direction and ensure deliverables align with brand standards
- Track and manage content deliverables to ensure timely execution
Partnerships & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Support broader brand partnerships initiatives as needed
- Coordinate with social and design teams to execute campaigns and deliverables
- Help keep projects organized and moving forward across multiple stakeholders
Who You Are
- 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or a related field
- Passionate about influencer marketing, content, and the DTC/consumer brand space
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Relationship-driven, you enjoy communicating with creators and building genuine connections
- Clear and professional written communication (you’ll be the voice of Lalo to many partners)
- Resilient and proactive, you don’t wait for opportunities, you create them
Nice to Have
- Experience with influencer platforms (ShopMy, LTK, Shopify Collabs or similar)
- Experience working with DTC brands, especially in lifestyle, baby, or home categories
- A creative eye for content and understanding of what performs well on social
