Role Description
This is a high-ownership, execution-heavy creative leadership role. You will be responsible for how Silipint shows up in the world - from Instagram posts to trade show booths to product packaging.
You will manage the visual identity, creative output, and brand consistency across all channels, while also driving performance through email marketing and ecommerce optimization. This role requires someone who is both strategic and hands-on, with strong taste, high output, and the ability to operate across systems.
This role can be remote, but we are headquartered in Indianapolis, with a part of our team located in NYC. Applicants within commuting distance to one of the two locations preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand and Creative Direction
- Own and evolve Silipint’s visual identity across all channels
- Ensure brand consistency across digital, retail, and physical environments
- Develop and execute creative concepts that align with business goals
Social Media and Content
- Plan and execute multiple social media posts per week across platforms
- Create and manage content calendars with a strong point of view
- Oversee or directly produce creative assets (photo, video, graphics)
- Drive engagement and brand storytelling through content
Email Marketing
- Own lifecycle and campaign email marketing via HubSpot
- Design, build, and deploy emails with strong creative and performance focus
- Analyze performance and continuously optimize
Ecommerce & Shopify
- Own the visual experience of our Shopify store
- Update homepage, product pages, and landing pages to reflect campaigns and launches
- Collaborate on merchandising, product storytelling, and conversion optimization
Physical Marketing and Brand Experience
- Lead creative for trade shows, retail displays, and physical brand touchpoints
- Design and manage production of:
- Trade show booths and materials
- Product packaging
- Retail PDQs and in-store displays
- Ensure a cohesive brand experience from digital to physical
Cross- Channel Creative Support
- Support creative needs for Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok channels
- Develop channel-specific assets that balance brand and performance
AI and Systems
- Leverage AI tools to increase creative output and efficiency
- Implement systems and workflows to streamline production and execution
- Stay current on emerging tools and trends
Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of experience in creative marketing, brand, or design roles
- Experience managing creative projects and/or creative contributors (freelancers, contractors, agencies, or internal team members)
- Experience working across both digital and physical products
- Strong experience with: Klaviyo and/or HubSpot and Shopify (required)
- Proven ability to manage high-volume creative output without sacrificing quality
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams
- High taste level with a clear point of view on brand and design
- Hands-on creator who can execute, not just direct
- Experience with Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok marketing preferred
- Experience creating performance-driven creative preferred
- Background in consumer products, retail, or lifestyle brands preferred
