Responsibilities:
• Review and process submitted materials to ensure they meet accuracy and compliance standards.
• Organize, maintain, and update documents and records within assigned systems.
• Route workflow items for review and approval to support operational processes.
• Manage routine communications, notifications, and status updates to stakeholders.
• Follow up on pending tasks or requests to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor operational metrics and provide reports as needed.
• Compile and prepare data for routine and ad hoc reporting requirements.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, guides, and reference materials.
• Provide user training, support, and guidance on processes and system functionality.
• Investigate and troubleshoot workflow or process issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
