Description
- Provide high-level administrative support to executive staff, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
- Oversee office operations, including supplies management and vendor relations.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required by leadership.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage travel arrangements and expense reporting for senior staff.
