Our client, a leading organization in the technology and innovation sector, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant you will be part of the administrative support team, assisting senior leaders and managing various operational tasks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, proactive communication, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $25.34
What's the Job?
- Perform a variety of complex administrative functions for senior leaders and program managers
- Manage schedules and calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and process business expenses
- Coordinate meetings and events for team members and support global off-campus meeting requests
- Assist with special projects and provide administrative support as needed
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information in compliance with company policies

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently
- Experience supporting multiple senior leaders or teams preferred
