Hiring: Remote Admin Assistant for Seattle Cleaning Company

Our fast-growing Seattle-based cleaning company is looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Remote Administrative Assistant to join our team part-time.

【Job Details】

Pay: $22/hour (Starting) | Pay increase after 3-month probation.

Hours: Approx. 20 hours per week (Flexible schedule).

Location: Fully Remote (Candidates in the Greater Seattle Area preferred).

【Key Responsibilities】

Data & Documents: Organize client files and handle data entry using Excel & Word.

Social Media Marketing: Post updates and engage with potential leads on Facebook, Nextdoor, Xiaohongshu (rednote), and local forums.

Customer Support: Promptly respond to inquiries and assist with service scheduling.

【Requirements】

Fluent in English (Required).

Comfortable using Microsoft Office and various social media platforms.

Great communication skills and attention to detail.

Bilingual (English/Chinese) is a plus, but not required.
