SNI Companies has partnered with a growing company that is seeking a qualified Executive Assistant to join their team. This is a fully remote opportunity. Candidates must be located in the Dallas area.
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer and other members of the Executive Leadership team.
Position Overview:
This role will coordinate and manage executive scheduling, prepare and organize important business and strategic materials and plans, and support executive meetings and the preparation of meeting materials. This role serves as the eyes and ears for the CEO, connecting organizations, projects, and critical business information to the CEO, ensuring meetings and materials are efficient and effective and serves as a trusted partner to deliver against the strategic priorities of the business.
Responsibilities Include:
- Proactive readiness for CEO meetings, travel, and material preparation.
- Daily calendar review to ensure all required materials are available 48 hours prior to upcoming meetings
- Advanced PowerPoint expertise in presentations
- Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the CEO and/or other assigned Executive Leadership staff.
- Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
- Arranges travel and accommodations for executives
- Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes.
- Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
- Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.
- Complete a variety of special projects including creating PowerPoint presentations, financial spreadsheets, special reports and agenda material.

- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
- Able to type minimum of 50 words per minute.
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.
