The Administrative Assistant II supports the administrative department by performing a variety of office and organizational tasks while working remotely. This role focuses on maintaining records, managing documentation, supporting accounting functions, and ensuring accurate administrative processes.
Responsibilities
Maintain and organize company records and documents
Assist with invoicing, account balancing, and administrative reporting
Record pay slips and financial transactions in the accounting database
Manage email correspondence and provide administrative support to team members
