As we continue to expand, we are seeking an Application Maintenance Engineer with strong expertise in Windows systems, .NET applications, and enterprise application support. This role will work hands-on with the Medical Brain Windows client and supporting systems, helping ensure successful deployments, reliable performance, and smooth operation across healthcare organizations.
This position will begin as a temporary engagement (approximately 4–6 months). Based on performance and business needs, the role is expected to convert to a full-time position.
This role is highly travel-oriented, with approximately 80% of time spent visiting client sites to deploy, configure, and troubleshoot the Medical Brain application in real-world healthcare environments. The engineer will also provide remote and phone-based support to assist clients and internal teams.
You’ll be solving mission-critical problems, working directly with healthcare organizations, and helping ensure that the Medical Brain platform remains reliable, secure, and effective for clinicians using it in patient care environments.
Key Responsibilities
Travel frequently to client healthcare facilities (approximately 80% travel) to deploy, configure, and support the Medical Brain platform.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot the Medical Brain .NET Windows client within hospital and clinic IT environments.
Assist with on-site system setup, including workstation configuration, network connectivity validation, and integration with existing systems.
Provide technical enablement and guidance for client IT teams during deployment and rollout.
Deliver phone and remote support to diagnose and resolve application or deployment issues.
Work closely with internal engineering teams to identify, document, and escalate product issues discovered during field deployments.
Support application updates, configuration changes, and version upgrades across deployed client environments.
Document deployment procedures, troubleshooting steps, and operational best practices to improve future implementations.
Contribute feedback from real-world deployments to help improve product reliability and usability.
Qualifications
3–5+ years of experience working with C#/.NET applications in Windows environments.
Strong familiarity with Windows operating systems, system configuration, and troubleshooting.
Experience supporting enterprise or client-side software deployments.
Ability and willingness to travel up to 80% of the time to client locations.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues across application, system, and network layers.
Experience working directly with customers or client IT teams in a technical support or implementation role.
Clear written and verbal communication skills for client-facing interactions.
Prior experience working in healthcare, enterprise software, or mission-critical environments is a plus.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
