Statewise is looking for an Accounting Lead who wants real ownership and real impact. This role is for someone who takes pride in clean books, disciplined processes, and building financial systems that are accurate, organized, and scalable.
If you care about precision, accountability, and improving how accounting actually works, and want your work to directly support healthcare providers delivering care, this role will be a strong fit.
This is a hands-on role. You will own accounting operations day to day, including payroll. We are not looking for someone who prefers reviewing work. We’re looking for someone who enjoys executing well and improving systems over time.

We are the only EMR and EVV platform built specifically for Medicaid home care providers across Pediatric Nursing, Therapy, Personal Care, and Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) services. Everything we build is rooted in simplifying complexity so providers can focus on delivering high-quality care.
We are a growing, profitable, product-driven company with ~45 employees and a small, highly accountable team.
