Now Hiring: Administrative Assistant
We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant who will play a critical role in ensuring white glove service and support to our Executive Chairman, Ken LaRoe. Supporting the Senior Executive Assistant in day-to-day tasks and projects related to the Executive Chairman’s office, this role handles basic administrative tasks such as calendar support, filing and reporting. Additionally, this role may include personal assistance related tasks such as running business and personal errands, often at short notice. This role can be part-time or full-time.

What You’ll Contribute as an Administrative Assistant
Executive & Personal Support
- Assist with filing, reporting, calendaring and other overflow administrative tasks as directed by the Sr. Executive Assistant.
- Run local errands for the Founder/CEO related to business and personal needs.
- Maintain exceptional confidentiality and professionalism.
Operational Organization
- Assist with keeping calendars, meetings, and priorities organized.
- Help track action items and follow up proactively.
- Prepare reports, notes, or documents as needed.
- Support smooth execution of daily operations.
Errands & On-the-Ground Support
- Pick up, drop off, or deliver items as needed.
- Assist with onsite business project needs.
- Maintain reliability in time‑sensitive tasks.
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
Technology & Tools Management
- Use Apple devices confidently (Mac, iPad, iPhone).
- Troubleshoot minor tech issues.
- Use various apps to organize tasks and schedules.

What You’ll Leverage in this Role:
Experience & Education
- Recent graduate or currently in college.
- Customer service or previous administrative/support/assistant experience strongly preferred.
- Well-verse with technology; strong knowledge on using Apple products required.

What to expect from your physical environment
- Remote role within Central Florida; Eustis, Mount Dora, or surrounding area strongly preferred.

- Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs.
