The Administrative Assistant will support a small team within an investment fund by providing high-level administrative support directly to the CEO. This role includes managing communications, coordinating meetings, maintaining organized records, and assisting with investor relations. The Administrative Assistant will frequently interact with clients and handle a variety of office tasks using general office software.
Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Manage document and file organization
- Handle communication including email management for the CEO
- Prepare reports and assist with investor relations
- Coordinate meeting logistics and maintain calendars
- Support general office tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in administrative assistance
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong data entry skills
