Role Description
This full-time Administrative Assistant role is vertial in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area to one to two Financial Advisors affiliated with Foster Klima & Company.The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support in the areas of personal financial advising along with life/disability insurance and securities. This includes managing marketing schedules, handling email correspondence, organizing documents, and assisting with executive-level tasks. The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills and an ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and stakeholders. Develop and maintain marketing materials and schedules for ongoing campaigns.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to support office operations and executive tasks
- Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Communication for managing calls and maintaining professional interactions
- Experience with Clerical Skills, including scheduling, electronis filing, and document organization
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Excel)
- Marketing knowledge/background helpful
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Experience in a similar role is preferred
