Role Overview
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will leverage advanced financial modeling and analysis skills to evaluate key business metrics, financial plans, and operational efficiency. You will develop insights and recommendations that influence management decisions, oversee projects from inception to completion, and contribute to process improvements. In this role, you will work independently, guiding lower-level professionals, and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to ensure project success and data-driven results.
Day in the Life
- Analyze profit and loss statements to identify trends and variances.
- Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic initiatives.
- Prepare detailed reports with findings and actionable recommendations.
- Maintain and improve financial systems and processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on financial and business development projects.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree; advanced degree a plus.
- 4+ years of relevant financial analysis experience, or 2+ years with an advanced degree.
- Expertise in financial modeling, variance analysis, and forecasting.
- Practical knowledge of financial systems and project management.
- Strong communication skills, able to influence senior stakeholders.
